LNG cryogenic rubber and plastic
HBC flexible cryogenic deep-cold insulation material is a high-performance insulation system developed for insulation projects in ultra-low temperature working environments. The system adopts Winwin Energy Saving's ultra-low temperature patented technology, which enables the material to have a long-lasting and stable low thermal conductivity and ultra-high moisture resistance factor in ultra-low temperature working environments, good thermal insulation performance, excellent resistance to water vapor penetration, and soft materials that are easy to install, with lower engineering costs and more convenient maintenance. It provides a safer and more reliable full-set solution for gas insulation in low-temperature environments and LNG storage and transportation.

Product Introduction
Marine and offshore applications: FPSO floating storage and production vessel/oil and gas station production platform/LNG transport ship/all kinds of ships.
Application
Cryogenic rubber and plastic is made of diene materials mainly through gel foaming process. It has low thermal conductivity, flexibility and elasticity under low temperature and cryogenic conditions, and can meet the requirements of thermal insulation and cold preservation of pipelines or equipment in the range of -196℃~125℃, and is especially suitable for cold preservation of liquefied natural gas (-165℃) pipelines.

Mechanical properties
The material has a closed cell structure, forming a complete waterproof and moisture-proof layer, eliminating the need for a special moisture-proof layer, greatly extending the service life of the system.
The fireproof performance is good, it is flame retardant B1 grade, and the oxygen index is above 32.
It has a low thermal conductivity and good insulation effect under low temperature and deep freezing conditions.
The system is flexible and elastic, and uses strong pressure to meet the shrinkage and compression. There is no need to set expansion joints, ensuring the mechanical properties of the material after low-temperature deep cooling.
