Product Introduction

PIR is a foam polymer made of isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials, with catalyst, fire retardant and environmentally friendly foaming agent added. It is fully mixed, reacted and foamed under special formula and strict process conditions to produce foam.

Application

PIR can be used to keep various equipment and pipelines cool in the range of -196℃ to 120℃. It can provide efficient and stable insulation for ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen (LN2, -196℃), liquefied natural gas (LNG, -162℃), liquid ethylene (LEG, -104℃), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, -48℃) and other media. It is widely used in thermal insulation of refineries, chemical plants, ethylene, fertilizers, cold storage and LNG devices.
