RW Rockwool
Rock wool products are made of high-quality natural basalt ore and dolomite as the main raw materials. They are melted at high temperature, spun into fibers by high-speed centrifugal spinning, and then heat-cured and shaped using advanced production technology and a small amount of binder. The outer surface can be covered with glass fiber cloth or aluminum foil glass fiber cloth according to customer needs. The material varieties include plates, profiles, and tube shells.

Product Introduction
It is mainly used as insulation material for heat preservation, fireproofing and heat insulation in the inner surface of hull cabins, reinforcing ribs (T-shaped steel, bulb flat steel), cable brackets, freezing pipes, hot water pipes, steam pipes, hot oil pipes, exhaust pipes and exposed pipes on open decks.
Application
This product has high strength and good elasticity, has a certain pressure resistance, and the pleated rock wool board has a large tensile strength and is not easy to delaminate, which greatly improves its firmness and durability.

Durability
Fire performance
It has efficient sound absorption performance, especially for large-area, multi-sound source, high-noise workshops, machine rooms and other indoor spaces, and can achieve good noise reduction effects.
The material does not contain asbestos, making it safer and more environmentally friendly.
No formaldehyde. No materials containing formaldehyde are used in the production process, achieving a comfortable indoor air environment. No odor. Due to the change of adhesive, the peculiar odor of glass wool and rock wool is also eliminated.
It uses basalt, dolomite and other main raw materials, and has extremely strong fireproof and heat-insulating properties.
