WSDF diene cryogenic rubber and plastic pipe
The flexible thermal insulation products with closed-cell structure are made of natural rubber and plastic as the base material, modified by organic or inorganic additives, and processed by mixing, extrusion, foaming and cooling to shape. The use temperature of deep-cold rubber and plastic is between -196℃ and 125℃.

Product Introduction
Cryogenic rubber and plastic is made of diene materials mainly through gel foaming process. It has low thermal conductivity, flexibility and elasticity under low temperature and cryogenic conditions, and can meet the requirements of thermal insulation and cold preservation of pipelines or equipment in the range of -196℃~125℃, and is especially suitable for cold preservation of liquefied natural gas (-165℃) pipelines.
Application
Petrochemical: Ethylene/Olefin Cold Zone/Cryogenic Tank Zone
Natural gas industry: LNG receiving station/LNG liquefaction plant/LNG cold energy utilization/natural gas processing
Coal chemical industry and other chemical industries: coal-to-olefins/coal-to-methanol, synthetic nitrogen/coal-to-natural gas/coalbed methane liquefaction
Marine and offshore applications: FPSO floating storage and production vessel/oil and gas station production platform/LNG transport ship/various ships
