It is widely used in various public places, industrial plants, clean rooms, medical and educational institutions, etc.

Application

It is mainly made of nitrile rubber/polyvinyl chloride as the main raw materials, with flame retardants, foaming agents, vulcanizers, accelerators, antioxidants, reinforcing agents and other additives. It is made through internal mixing, open mixing, extrusion, vulcanization, foaming, cooling and cutting. It has a fine independent closed-cell structure, good thermal insulation performance, good compression resilience, strong resistance to water vapor penetration, good fire resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity, safety and reliability, and long service life.

The initial thermal conductivity is 0.032W (mk) 0℃ WINCELL rubber and plastic adopts a special formula process, with a completely closed-cell internal structure, lower and more stable thermal conductivity, and obvious energy-saving effect in long-term operation.

Obtained CQC certification. CQC certification is a certification jointly issued by China Quality Certification Center and National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Its product combustion performance reaches B1 level of GB8624 standard (additional level: smoke production s2, burning dripping d0, smoke toxicity t1 level), which is the confidence guarantee for customers to choose Yingsheng Rubber and Plastic.

Wet resistance factor μ≥10000 WINCELL's fully closed cell structure effectively blocks the penetration of external water vapor, ensuring the long-term stability of the material's physical properties and extending the product's service life in various environments.

The light transmittance is as high as 90% and the porosity is as high as 99.9%.
