Product Introduction

It is made of resin emulsion as base material, and is added with far-infrared radiation minerals, fillers, pigments, and various additives. This product is a special energy-saving coating with high temperature resistance (classification temperature 1700℃), strong emissivity (0.95), corrosion resistance and high wear resistance. It has a significant effect on improving the thermal efficiency of the kiln and accelerating the heating rate of the heated material. It can also protect, prevent or reduce the shrinkage, crystallization and pulverization of ceramic fiber lining materials, and increase their use temperature and service life.
